Australia has the highest incidence of skin cancer in the world
Skin cancer is the most common of all cancers and more than two thirds of all Australians will develop skin cancer in one form or another in his life time.
Most at risk of skin cancer are people who have red hair, and who have freckles and fair skin. The risk also increases with age. Over exposure to the sun especially as a child puts people at a greater risk to developing skin cancer. Tanning and Skin Cancer
